I suppose I should give myself a proper introduction to pin already! I'm Serenity, assistant and outreach specialist to The Mayor of Midnight City! In our little slice of space we pride ourselves on diversity. You may notice I'm a living example of it, being cloned from both carapacian and human DNA! A fact that I pride myself on! Personally when I'm not helping bring the Light of Democracy to the reaches of space, I'm your average ordinary girl! I enjoy a good romance novel and engage in the sacred time tested cultural practice of watching anime! I also enjoy boxing and desert motocross as hobbies! I hope we all can get to know each other very well, chittr! Ha ha. Well one of my dates didn't really go as planned but. But that's okay. I'm still grateful for the experience. She's was sweet as she is vicious, in my opinion. Even if it's completely one-sided now, I'll still be rooting for her.

Oh no no! It was largely platonic so it's not like I was looking for something by the end of it! I guess I might have just messed up a friendship is all. Ha ha.... Still, like I said, I don't have any regrets. It's more important to me to be there for someone than to be that persons friend, if that makes sense.

I have a planned outing this evening to go shopping with Miss Lalonde after she pointed out I didn't wear a dress to the gala. I couldn't really imagine what would look good on a plain girl like me, but if anyone has any suggestions I'm open to them!

Is there any reason you suggest them Mr. Irving? They do seem cute, but something about the loose sleeves also makes me think of pajamas more than anything.
I just always thought it was a fetching design. I'm not fashion expert myself, but I've always thought flowy fabrics to be pleasant.
While most of Midnight City's citizenry is cloned, we nonetheless observe the human holiday of Mother's Day and celebrate our selfless caretakers! I hope that future generations of our people will take after human mothers and troll lusii and care for our young in an intimate and nurturing manner, as opposed to the pragmatic ways of the monarchy of old. Regardless, I wish everyone a very happy holiday!

Absolutely shocking, I know. There's a reason why the city owns some of the most historically significant and infrastructurally important buildings and hi-rises in town. We really don't need people growing their own little fiefdoms within these skyscrapers, even if I was the kind of politician to have a slush fund.
Stand strong, Miss Mayor, you've the support of this man 100%.
My second day as interim mayor and I genuinely think I should be posting some of the rejected edicts some of our council members are suggesting because, frankly speaking, they're ridiculous. Do they just think I'll sign off anything they put in front of me? They do know I read these before submitting them to our prior mayor, right?

I...couldn't tell you! It's just like being me, I suppose! If you're wondering about the carapace thing specifically, it'd be appropriate to describe myself as having something of an endoskeleton under my more human-like skin! So I'm a bit less fragile than I look!
I have addressed this in an official press statement this noon at Midnight City, but for those of you who are not tuned into our local politics: The Mayor of Midnight City was found assassinated in his vehicle two days ago. The details we cannot get into at this time as initial investigations are still ongoing. Midnight City will be holding an emergency election in the coming months to determine a new mayor. Until then the municipality has elected me Interim Mayor for the time being, in order to carry on our leaders ideals of Democracy. I have accepted this position, but cannot comment on our plans going forward at this time. Thank you for time and all of your support these past couple of days.
