Friends, Chitterers, Acquaintances. It is my pleasure to announce that tonight's #ABCC-EST #watchparty has fallen squarely upon my shoulders. And thus, like Atlas hoisting up the world, I shall take this duty with the utmost respect. It is the second film in our #abcc #gnomeweek event, and as such, the film to be projected is Gnomeo and Juliet. I've only seen this movie once, and very recently, so I'll spare you any wordy, overly complicated post with a blurb supposed to entice you. Instead, I will let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed it. It served its purpose quite well, conjoining the most overhyped of Shakespeare's work and some deliberate, perfectly executed tongue-in-cheek humor. As usual, leave a comment here if you'd like a spot to be reserved for you. Showtime will be at exactly 7 PM EST. This is a PG movie, so I won't even bother with trigger/content warnings.
