Apparently for me that means someone at the sheriff's secret police went around smashing phones with hammers and screaming 'they're listening' like they don't work for one of two mass surveillance entities in the municipality.

[⏺️📶📈] Oh, it's been about a month actually. I don't know if @abyssalBeholding is still interested in receiving sacrifices, but on the off chance... A family pet died recently. I light thirteen candles, and write you this offering burned in their heat. I offer you my grief and my anguish at her passing. We've had her since I was a child, and I helped her through difficult sheddings and diseases. This last one was simply too much for her, and she was stuck with nothing we could do. My hands that cared for Alberta took her life, because I couldn't bear to hear her struggle to breathe. Though a lot happened today. I still don't know what I'll do without her tomorrow. If you don't want the offering, please do return the grief. It's worth a lot to me despite the pain in my chest and the tightness in my throat.
Apologies for the late response, the tea party I attended turned out to be rather...consuming but I would be honored to receive such a special sacrifice :)

I'd like to thank my junior cryptography class for the quick save with knowing alcohol as an effective solvent for most kinds of ink. Thank you as well to @inspectingPickles for being such a good teammate and of course @archangelsTerrarium for being such a wonderful host and organizing everything! Now maybe don't get shot as badly next time? A squib would've been more than enough.

[⏺️📶📈] Okay I've once again made it to work. I would like to thank the sheriff's secret police for firing several warning shots into the crowd of lawyers that yip and jump along the fence as I run past the empty lot they've arbitrarily decided is their property.
[⏺️📶📈] Wardrobe update: I now have a lot more nice blouses, slacks, and pencil skirts in my closet than I did a month ago. I guess I just... Dress nice now. At least my mom is happy about this. If only it weren't like a hundred degrees outside and I, a person who walks to work. Maybe I should invest in a truly massive sun-hat.
