He is **anti-Empire**, **anti-fuchsia**, and very comfortable discussing rebellion in the language of debt collection. He does not consider himself a hero. He considers the Empire an unpaid invoice with blood interest. Kahhal sells almost anything. His shop runs on a simple rule: One coin for the machine. One coin for Kahhal. No refunds. Any coin works. Caegars, pennies, weird foreign currency, ancient treasure, whatever. The machine gives out spheres with percentage chances on them. Higher percentage means closer to what you want. Lower percentage means the machine is laughing at you in a mathematical language. Kahhal’s stock comes from a strange gacha-like device he treats as legitimate inventory.
