well you said you're living in the medium so pardon me for expecting you to know the mechanics of your own game. if most sburb lobbies are this clueless i struggle to understand why jadey was looking forward to hers so much.
my guy in order to get into the medium in the first place someone had to help you set up your house. get that person to install aircon for you. or failing that, remote into their computer and do it through their sburb server.
