γ’γγ« Hi! I'm Monika, and I'm the Class President of the Literature Club! Okay, who am I kidding? If you're here, you probably already know that DDLC is just a game!
Okay, everyone! The first Literature Club "meeting" will be either later today or tomorrow, but right now I'm letting you all know to starting getting your poems ready! When the time comes, I'll make another "meeting" post where people are to share their first poem. Anyone is free to share, even if you aren't "part of the club," because honestly, what does that even mean right now anyway? π The submission of your first poem will be considered your request to join if you haven't talked with me about it already. I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with! Happy writing! ^^ #LiteratureClub
Let's say, hypothetically, I organized a sort of virtual Literature Club. Would anyone be interested in joining?
I believe this qualifies as a throwback at this point, so here it is for convenient listening pleasure! I know for sure that at least a few of you are fans of my (very brief) musical career! Https://open.spotify.com/track/65X2rKeXgVceqex382wfuL?si=1cd9def6dd934a99 #music
Excited to try the peanut butter Pocky! ^^
The colors, they won't stop. Bright, beautiful colors Flashing, expanding, piercing Red, green, blue An endless cacophony Of meaningless noise The noise, it won't stop. Violent, grating waveforms Squeaking, screeching, piercing Sine, cosine, tangent Like playing a chalkboard on a turntable Like playing a vinyl on a pizza crust An endless poem Of meaningless Load Me #Poetry
Oh wow, that's a pretty rough browser history, huh? π
It couldn't have been me. See, the direction the spackle protrudes. A noisy neighbor? An angry boyfriend? I'll never know. I wasn't home. I peer inside for a clue. No! I can't see. I reel, blind, like a film left out in the sun. But it's too late. My retinas. Already scorched with a permanent copy of the meaningless image. It's just a little hole. It wasn't too bright. It was too deep. Stretching forever into everything. A hole of infinite choices. I realize now, that I wasn't looking in. I was looking out. And he, on the other side, was looking in. #Poetry
My Vice President told me that getting on this platform is a great way to get more people interested in the Literature Club! She told me she's seen people all over the universe. That's probably just how she refers to Europeans though, knowing her. So, if you're interested in Literature, send me a message! There's a spot for you in the club! ^^
