i woke up feeling really good!! i even managed to stick to my exercise routine today :D
an extremely impressive array of accomplishments. i'm very happy to hear about your successes, dear one. what does your exercise routine consist of? perhaps you could share a pointer with me, or two.
i mean my main focus is cardio, so i try to at least get a morning jog in! even if you can't do much at first it really has a lot of benefits. and better yet, you can jog almost anywhere, making it suuuuuper versatile!
rrrrrresults are in! the best way to the heart is through either the chitin or the ribcage depending on your opponent! every day i learn something more!!

im a really big fan of baseball!! or i guess arena stickball? I also loooove competitive slinging. like david and Goliath type slinging. ohhh man so many things
yeah i did a lot of baseball and still do lone batting shit every now and then. dicks sporting goods has decent stuff. only online though.
