Don't feel like I'll be needing to have a tag out for this shit, but if you are so inclined to be introduced to more racehorse history alongside their girlified counterparts then I'll consider making a tag for this or something if you want to follow along. It'll be most of what I post, anyway, so I thought it'd be a bit redundant. But if it's what the people want, I might comply.
Can't forget talking about the Uma. Everybody knows Gold Ship, whether they want to or not on account of how much she (and the actual stallion) have been meme'd to death. Gold Ship is described as unpredictable and free-spirited, the main trickster haunting the halls of Tracen Academy and one of a handful of runners with natural proficiency in being an End Closer, aka those that save their energy until the very end of the race to absolutely blaze through the rest of the pack. Gold Ship is mostly known to play pranks on Mejiro McQueen, and in the anime often got into several shenanigans sustaining injuries but remaining in perfect condition despite that.
New day, new horse. Wake up, people. Since I started off initially with Stay Gold, I'll go right along to talk about his infamous son: Gold Ship. Much like his Umamusume counterpart, Gold Ship is most known for being a complete metronome on the field-- Which is, to say, performance ratings could very easily go from outstanding to piss-poor depending on the race. This wasn't helped by his unpredictable temperament, but he has since been enjoying retirement from racing and can now be rented as a studhorse to produce other potential racers.
I'm not done just there, though. You think I wouldn't spare time to chat about Stay's anime alternate, you'd be dead wrong. Stay Gold is in the Senior Division at Tracen Academy. Her strong suit is being a Late Surger, much those of the rest of her lineage within the game. While she is not yet available for global release, she has picked up a huge quantity of fans due to her connections to Gold Ship, who in real life is one of the other horses that Stay Gold went on to sire.
I meant to write 'personal' but, y'know, fuck it. Persona works do nowadays with what people do to their chosen favorite character of the week or whatever. She's literally me.
Alright. Up and early, and I got a bit to run into the ground so I'm starting with my personal favorite racehorse at current: Stay Gold. While smaller than other thoroughbred horses, he was known to be violent and bad mannered, with his trainer even going as far as to claim that "he would eat meat if I gave it to him." Regardless, he was known for being a 'Silver Collector' for often coming in second to the races he competed in, but was also dubbed the 'Goldolphin Killer' before the end of his career for securing wins at the Dubai Sheema Classic and the Hong Kong Vase.

Yes, I do also have a tail. There is a ribbon on it but that's only because it's a signifier that I'm not afraid to kick someone if I deem it necessary. Much like how real racehorses and other show ponies have the same deal. Accessories on the tail mean that the horse is going to be more likely to kick you if you were to walk behind it. Just one big warning symbol of sorts.
