@turntechVaulthead I've heard that there's folks in West Virginia that send pretty regular aid to a group in the cesspool that used to be Pittsburgh. It's about 3 hours to the Pitt from here by vertibird. Bet we could ask them if the folks down in WVA could get us some peanut butter.

Found a vault. They turned me away at the door before I could get any real information, but I managed to overhear somethin- one of the guards forgot to turn off the intercom before he said somethin about me lookin like "that kid who lived here for a few years, dave or whatever his name was." In conclusion: there ain't no fuckin way. Course it's not him, not after 200 years. But.. maybe we have descendants out there somewhere. Guess all I can do is keep lookin.
Made it back to the Commonwealth. It's changed a lot since the last time I was here... shit, that was probably 10 years ago at this point. A lot more settlements around now. Some of em have even grown into full little towns.
Almost to the Commonwealth. I know I won't find anything, I never do. Yet I find myself making this journey again and again.

This masquerade kind of sucks. It's nice to get some food that's not irradiated, I guess.
