Your location has nothing to do with your need to consume appropriate amounts of hydration and nutrients. Consider perhaps even a light snack.

Unfortunately, sleep is one of the valuable resources the body cannot “stock up” on. Excess sleep does not roll over to influence the next day. During rest, your body inventories its needs and filters out unwanted or invasive activity within your body. Consider thinking of the your body similar to that of a trash can, where sleeping is the method of removing the “trash” from the trash can. You cannot make the trash can any less empty by “stocking up” on sleep; there is only so much trash it can remove, and it cannot remove trash that is not currently present. Thus, is it important to give your body its daily (or perhaps nightly, to the humans) time to rest and empty its “trash can.”
Do not worry about HR. I will take care of them and their violation of workers’ rights.
