Analyzing the site-requisite calls for attention as they go by shows a distinct lack of moderation in regards to itself. I feel like the problem with knowing a foreign language online in an English-centered forum is most people will assume you are using a translator instead of your own skill. My submitted evidence for this claim is that I am also guilty of making this assumption.
You share a good point. While I love the cultures, it may not be my duty to care for the reputations of people who are staging an assault on beautiful underrated languages simply to inflate their social image; their mass catfishing is the greater concern. It's possible the worry is pointed more at myself. No one likes a party pooper, after all.
If you love something, fight for it. This is the only advice I may offer. Even if fighting includes keeping the sanctity of it's being away from those nasty internet pretenders and whatnot.

Oh, my apologies. I was too asborbed in my little one-liner to pay attention to your name. Roan is one of my favorite alternatives to the standard. Ross isn't exactly a charming alternative when I happen to inhabit the body of one. Simply does not play on the tongue all too well.
I must admit I'm pretty fond of my name too. However, I can't deny the expert delivery of the one-liner. "Ross" does feel like a moniker I would be dissatisfied with.
Because it is. Even if it was given at birth, we are dissatisfied. Not to those who have transitioned, however. But we must aapprove in the same manner we do when someone selects 'Mildred'. I always smile inwardly when I get to be Roan, however.
