Good morning, Chittr. I hope you are all doing well today. I would love to ask if there are any topic requests that anyone might have for my daily fun facts? As much as I do love talking about space, I would like to know if there is anything you all would like to hear about in particular.
fun facts of the day! an einstein-rosen bridge is what people usually mean when they say “wormhole,” even though the original idea was not really a fun sci-fi doorway you can just hop through with a backpack and a dog. einstein and rosen were looking at the math of general relativity, where gravity is not a force pulling things around like a leash, but the shape of spacetime itself. if spacetime can bend around a massive object, then under certain solutions to einstein’s equations, it can also form something like a tunnel connecting two different regions. imagine spacetime like a big stretchy sheet. a normal path from one point to another is like walking across the sheet: a ------------------------ b but if the sheet folds, those points can get closer: a \ \____ tunnel ____ b that tunnel is the einstein-rosen bridge. the classic version comes from the math of a black hole paired with a kind of mirror-object called a white hole. a black hole is something things can fall into but not escape. a white hole, mathematically, is something things can escape from but not enter. the “bridge” is the connection between them. the problem is: in the original theory, the bridge is not traversable. since it pinches shut too fast, you cant actually travel through it! not even light gets through it! so, if you tried to fly through one, youd get obliterated because the universe is a jerk! thats right. the universe sucks! an einstein-rosen bridge is a theoretical spacetime shortcut, predicted by the equations of general relativity, but the original kind is more like a mathematical “hey, this shape can exist” with no practical application. which is rude, but also very physics. but you know, theres probably some stupid exotic matter or negative energy bs or like, i dont know, green sun empowered individuals that could hold that throat open. but like. how would you find one of those?
It has been a while since I last checked my feed here. ..I do enjoy this current trend. I finished another 3 books today. #NormalPosting
...Note to self: get another individual to confiscate my devices if I am to spend an evening to myself with a drink. #substances
i tjink i need to be railed by a man twice my size for once held sweetly in his arms afterward gods i shiuld put the bottle down #nsfw #substance
gods tge nihht has sure takenmme im going to regrwt tgis in the norning but is fffffiiiiiine. not my problem just yet!!! s a good whsiskey :) #substances
Goodness i forget the bite this drink has after a while haha! if im not careful, I'm going to end up finishing the bottle without realising it! #substances
With too much choice and not much care for specifics, I have found myself resorting to imbibing with one of my favourites. I do enjoy this one. It is a pleasant bourbon whiskey. A shame it will be a long while before I can get my claws on another bottle. https://file.garden/aCIggVU4PCQNDv2v/Drink%20of%20Choice.png #substances
Considering settling down this evening with a nice glass of something on the stronger side. However, I am unsure what specifically. Any suggestions from the masses? #substances

I was wondering when it would be that one of those... two notorious individuals would stumble upon my humble little account. Hm. Interesting it has been this long.
Hello @dailyQuests, I have completed my task for the day. All eight pages have been located and are now within my possession. Attached is proof, because I deemed it necessary. [The image features purely the 8 pages he was tasked with finding. They are spread out on top of a wooden desk that clearly features many other loose pages and books that have been shoved out of the way to make space. There is static around the edges of the photograph, but it is primarily unobstructed and very clear.]
Daily Quest Update #3: I have since found seven out of the eight total pages. The last one has been particularly elusive. Several wide aerial scans of different areas have yet to yield results. I am starting to believe I may have scanned over it without realising. [📄7/8]
Daily Quest Update #2: Since finding the first, I have found a further three. This brings my total to four pages found. I am halfway through my quest now, which is quite exciting. [📄4/8]
Daily Quest Update: I have so far found a singular page. They seem somehow more scarce than they were during #SlenderHour. However I do have all day to complete the task as far as I know. [📄 1/8]
While I may have pending quests, I cannot proceed with those storylines before the others have completed their own tasks. @dailyQuests , I would like to request something to bide my time with?
Good timezone, Chittr. I hope you all are well.
I have seen a lot of.. ask boxes flitting around lately. It has me curious. Would anyone have any questions for me to warrant the creation of such a thing? Because I feel it should be known, my direct messages are always open for any purpose. Be it question or be it elsewise.
I am realising that the kerfuffle I saw briefly yesterday and the now once again resurfacing concern seems to relate to an individual -- or individuals plural, really -- I do not think I actually know of. Why is there so much concern around this... Doc Scratch?
Hello, Chittr. I just wanted to share with you one of my favorite astronomy-related images! This is an image of a protostar within the Taurus star-forming region, around 525 light years from Earth! It was taken by the James Webb Space Telescope and released to the public in 2025. This protostar, known as IRAS 04302+2247 or the "Butterfly Star" due to the wing-like shape of the nebulae at either side, features what is known as a protoplanetary disc, characterised by the dark segment of dust and gass running through the center of the star from this edge-on angle! Today's fact from me is about trains and locomotives. I am unsure where the topic came from but it is certainly the topic I plan to discuss today. Despite electric vehicles only becoming mainstream within the 21st century, did you know that the first electrically powered locomotive was created in 1837 by a human man named Robert Davidson. This locomotive could only reach a maximum speed of four miles per hour (6 km/h)! The first electrically powered *train*, however, was created in 1879 by Ernst Werner Siemens. This vehicle would go on to become Earth's first electric trams. :)
