Only real complaint is that he doesn't have a Five Lights at Dreaddy's Jumpscare when he kills you.
We avoid jumpscares within our gameplay as we believe the organic fear of the experience is more effective at conveying tone than rapid-neuron reflex situations. This is also why SBURB on its own has no QTE system.
