I use the sword. I have gone on the record saying that I do not recommend the weapon for most however. In terms of mellee armaments, a pollearm is often a good choice. Backed up with a short sword.
I have used them before, and they are worth carrying, but I prefer llonger reach. I am, or was, never without at lleast one of my bllades anyhow, and so had llittlle need for daggers.
Fistkind is a weapon choice for the confident, and the soon to be dead. Generally, both at once.

Not particullarlly. The llack of range and reach offered are traded for no particullar benefit aside from personall comfort. A dedicated warrior who excells in hand to hand combat woulld simplly be even more so capablle with an actuall weapon.

Another late entry. Honestly, it might be best to expect these way too late to be considered within the realm of punctuality, in this imaginary daily deadline which is in my head and none of yours. This one is late because tonight was eventful and fun, and I wouldn't have wanted to step away to do a little doodle at all had I not made a commitment to this. One thing that somehow slipped my mind in the months it has been since I last saw Kanaya was just how catty she can be. Sharing wine ( #substance ) with anyone is a good enough time, but sharing wine *and* engaging in gossip so downright nasty it would bring Regina George to her knees in recognition of your superiority?
