My only issue with Gusteau's (the fictional restaurant in Ratatouille) is the fact that it is not clear if the rats are following proper food safety procedures and guidelines. If they were, I would never let Gusteau's get shut down. Those rats made excellent meals and deserve not only to continue to cook, but to earn fair wages.
