⊹˚₊ ‧ ─────── About Althea Hypnia ──────── ‧ ₊˚⊹ . ܁₊ ⊹ . ܁ ⟡ ܁ . ⊹ ₊ ܁. Althea Hypnia is an indigo blooded, female troll from Alternia. She is a young adult by troll standards, but even at her age, has dealt with enough problems that will affect her for many more sweeps to come. Being an indigo blood, she has incredible physical strength, therefore is overly anxious and cautious towards objects and especially other lifeforms. She is paranoid of anything outside her den. The things she's been through have been enough for her to want to stay home and keep her peace, surrounded by anything she's found to be soft for her easily bruised skin. Althea falls in between indigo and blue blooded trolls, where she has a small amount of psychic powers - just clarvoyance type abilities. She isn't too privvy to interacting with other trolls, as she is a hypochondriac and fears of falling ill, or worse, being rejected by others socially. She puts a brave face over text though, masking behind infodumping about her interests and being superior about it. All bark, no bite. She values her friends a lot. Now joining Chittr, she's been convinced that she can ramble as much as she wants through this site. // ooc: im curious, what does the quadrant buttons mean to YOU personally? i'd love to see whats socially common here!! i've been out of the homestuck game for a very long time and i'd love to know when or what would make you choose which quadrant button to use! :O personally for me i'd do like - heart for like/love - diamond for like "aww i hope things get better" or even a teasing in character "pitying" lol - spade for a "oh god haha this is funny my character would hate this" - club probably for like "sending you some peace, chill!!" type? personally i love all the buttons, and of course would never genuinely hate on anything, i think its so fun and can be even funny to have these options to react to someones post!
((honestly this is how i use the buttons!! sometimes the diamond is an ic like friendzone reaction tho. and club is a neutral one for me!
{{ So far i've used the Like for the typical "Oh yeah love this!" Pity for "hope you get better soon" type of thing. Hate for the obvious "Wow! major hate this!" and clubs has been more of a "staying neutral/unsure" }}

(( For me * Heart - Like as in regular social medias * Diamond - Sympathy to the OP of the post. Like "Oh no! That's so bad" * Spade - Dislike and/or hate. I rarely use it anyway :3 * Club - If there's post fight between two people or "mediating" between OP and some item or world, like a negative diamond. ))
heart for like/love diamond for either sympathy OR relatability, "i feel that," or for patronizing spade for IC irate dislike/disdain club for "hey wait a second i dont agree with that" or annoyed misunderstandings
