humans share characteristics with other mammals because we were evolved from a common ancestor over a vast period of time. so because we and many other mammals give live birth a lot of our appendages are softer and more pliable when we are young. our hair is keratin and probably similar to the makeup of your horns. it just makes little sense for us to have them for a vast variety of reasons!

so its funny you say this my quest had to do with clearing a blight from the plants on my land
that actually took some help from our space player because it was so hard to see what had the blight and what didnt until it was far too late so she and i worked on sampling some of the fruits and stems to find signs of infection and then it turned out that my blight was helpful with frog coupling when the dose ingested was controlled so we had to figure out a way to keep it alive just in a medical sense but away from the rest of my land so mt consorts and i could reestablish their fields!
so you know good ol fashioned scientific sleuth work coupled with the development of my life powers hehehe!!
