I don't think this vast universe could have ever done me a greater kindness than it did when it threaded together @gluonGeitonogamy 's path with mine. Jade has been many things for me for a very long time: a dearly close friend, a loving girlfriend, an integral piece of my very soul. I think her a saint sometimes with her patience and understanding during those times when I can't show her my best self. I think her a goddess others when her loving but righteous hand forces me back to my senses when nothing else can. She's brilliant. She's beautiful. She's the most fantastic person I have ever or will ever meet. i love you too a whole bunch and i am very much not as good at expressing that as you are with this very very flattering and very very public statement of yours! but being able to meet you in person was the best thing that ever happened to me and at this point i cant imagine a future without my beautiful little flower in it to keep me company...

The other nice thing about coastal living, obviously, is being able to walk out to greet my capricious and incredibly seductive mistress, the Atlantic Ocean.
Happy National Shrimp Day. One of the nice things about living closer to the coast now, aside from everything about coastal living, is that fresh seafood isn't hard to come by. I've picked some up from our favorite monger, and I plan on making a nice shrimp scampi for lunch in celebration.
i dont know about any of the rest of you and your roses but the worst thing about mine is that dumb smug look on her face when you kiss her and she smiles all mischievous like a cat that just outsmarted somebody its such a dumb stupid smile it drives me crazy so i have to kiss her again just to get her to stop only to realize ive fallen for the trick again and this is exactly what she wanted
My Jade, and to a lesser extent Kanaya have complained about similar habits of mine before. It might be a universal constant or at least similar smug behaviors are.

Even if I were to possess shame enough for the stare of a thousand eyes-- sorry, just noticed the online counter-- for the stare of two hundred and eighty eyes to matter to me-- no wait, actually. Post cancelled. Is that really it? Just one hundred and forty users? I've been to Buc-ee's with higher headcounts than that.

It's not like I counted one by one. A cluster of five here, three there, single, double, six more at the energy drinks. It adds up fast.
She never had much sanity left to lose, but if this results in some manner of spiral, crashout, or other dramatic spell of middle aged hysteria, it really isn't any concern of mine.
Before I do very much posting, I'd like to ask how well the block function works on this platform. Does blocking another user prevent them from seeing my page, or I am the only one spared the sight of them? Either option is useful to me, but I would greatly prefer a brick wall to a two-way mirror, especially if I am the one on the reflective side in this metaphor.
