Best suited as a chocolate frosting, to lend some variation in texture to a layer cake with a denser ganache filling. ITALIAN MERINGUE: More stable in shape and texture than her Swiss counterpart. Light and fluffy. Become more adventurous with your decorative swirls when you pipe your Italian meringue. Well-suited to lemon cake- again, with a heavy curd between internal layers. It seems that engagement through the more “positive” quadrants reduces Kull you have amassed if there is a higher ratio of positive engagement and vice versa. What remains unclear, however, is whether all quadrants carry equal weight. I cannot yet determine whether a heart contri8utes more Kult than a diamond, nor whether a spade incurs more Kull than a clu8. It is a distinction I intend to examine further.
