oh yeah, @gallowsCounselor terezi had a half day today so we got lunch out of the house. we were gonna do korean bbq but it's too noisy and smoky for those who see via smell so instead we got some sushi! :D
lunch time lunch time! @gallowsCounselor doing burgers today! it's a live delivery so i can make them fresh. double with bacon, cheese (american is the optimal burger cheese), lettuce, aioli, and a slice of tomato on the side. snack is coming with the lunch it's a bunch of fries. gonna make more burgers, obviously. @rubyredBarking, @aventurineCopycat, @tipsyGlamour you'll be getting some too... probably some more. actually hm. @tenaciousTestified @goliathsTerror you will also be getting burgers. gonna need deets on how you want it. if you're not on the list i can still probably make you on...Read more
im up obscenely late, but i have been slacking. ive made what can only be described as the finest roast hunk of leg meat. it is massive, it is still bloody, and it is charred. normally i make something i could also eat, but this is just for her. which is why it is a non workday lunch. they know what they did to deserve this.
@gallowsCounselor i cant believe i haven't been tagging the lunch posts! uh, anyways! this one's a simple one but it is potent. musubi! i love musubi personally it's nice, fried meat (usually spam) in a sweetsavory kinda sauce, rice, some nori to give it a bit of a crisp casing. i could eat a billion of these. or like, three because they are so filling. it's like a meat grenade! anyways, i made like five kinds for terezi. the classic spam, a grubloaf version, crab! and then for the fun of it one that was every other meat stacked without the rice. no snack, the musubi IS the snack. there is howe...Read more
terezi lunch! terezi lunch. time for a lunch for terezi! getting back in the swing of things i figured a rice bowl was in order. there is an absurd amount of beef on this thing in a sweetsavory sauce, shredded thin and fried with onion so that it's fall apart tender. i tried to make it as absurd a pile as i could. to go with it, the snack is a submission from one very silly salamander, she tried her own hand at spiced bugs by shaking them in a baggie. these have a bit of heat to them fair warning but casey said you'd like them a lot. mostly beetles though she included a few grubs too. @gallowsCal...Read more
