≈ Generally, Ĩ would chalk it up to a "name", but even then Ĩ find myself quite the aberrant in that regard. Truly, what makes you "You" is such a nebulous concept as to evade specificity. That said, there is a certain vibe to be beheld once you've stumbled upon a mirrored version of yourself, no? Even if their name is different, features and fashion jumbled up, we can usually tell when we're encountering ourselves, even if the reflection has been distorted by any number of factors. ≈ ≈ Perhaps it's just the soul of it all.
