Mr. Mayor, it is my duty to express disappoint to those whom I feel deserve it, just as it your duty to express your disappointment in my actions. I am more than happy to hear your complaints. Not paying his taxes is less dire than the destruction of the Troll Louvre, which is not an edible object.
