@chillerAficionado you never got back to me, so i made you my favorite. pollo a la plancha, it's chicken- or i guess, cluckbeast, marinaded in citrus and cumin and lots of garlic and other spices, seared to a nice crust on both sides after being beaten thin. then served with black beans, my special corn salsa, and cuban style steamed rice. the chicken is topped with charred seared onions. it is my favorite thing i make. and i made a lot. it is on the way to you.
