꧁#nsfw꧂ ꧁#bulgerating꧂ ꧁#purpleblood꧂ ꧁#scent꧂ ꧁#taste꧂ ꧁#medchittr꧂ ꧁@custodialFabrication꧂ ꧁Let me know how accurate my reading is. This is my full #nsfw description of Cleans Floors' bulge.꧂ ꧁Uhm. Okay. So. I need to be careful with this one, because Cleans Floors is not actually a simple custodial technician. That is the current title. That is the cover. That is the mop bucket sitting in front of a locked door. I promise not to unlock that door, though. It's not up to me to police his life.꧂ ꧁I am trying to remain objective.꧂ ꧁That is harder when the subject is a purpleblood who has deliberately reduced himself into something meager.꧂ ꧁Anyway.꧂ ꧁Stats꧂ ꧁Strength: 7꧂ ꧁Purpleblood force, older-body endurance, and the kind of practical grip that comes from tools, valves, machines, mop handles. He is well experienced.꧂ ꧁Pliability: 4꧂ ꧁Not especially yielding. Stubborn. Dense. Cooperative only when approached correctly.꧂ ꧁Length: 6꧂ ꧁Above average, but not theatrical. ꧂ ꧁Girth: 7꧂ ꧁The main feature. Thickest through the base and middle, broad enough to make the read immediately practical.꧂ ꧁X-Factor: 8꧂ ꧁Something is strange about it. A weak sense of Chucklevoodoos. And, it kind of makes me... Forget things.꧂ ꧁Attributes꧂ ꧁Scent:꧂ ꧁Floor wax, old disinfectant, fried cluckbeast, cheap barcade beer, hot cabinet dust, machine oil, purple musk, and that cold bleach smell.꧂ ꧁Taste:꧂ ꧁Salt. Peppered grease. Purple mineral. Bitter cleaner. Old smoke from a shabby coat. It is filling in taste...꧂ ꧁Texture:꧂ ꧁Firm. Smooth at the head, heavier and more stubborn down the shaft, with a low underside ridge that feels structural. Not plush. Not pretty. Useful. Durable. ꧂ ꧁Secretions:꧂ ꧁Clear at first, then faint purple-gray. Slick, but restrained. Viscosity increases with pressure rather than praise. Not messy unless pushed. Once pushed, difficult to stop.꧂ ꧁Weight:꧂ ꧁Heavy-medium. I would estimate 2.8 pounds fully worked up. The weight sits low. More bucket than banner.꧂ ꧁X-Factor Explained꧂ ꧁ ꧂ ꧁Cleans Floors has a containment bulge. The chucklevoodoos are reduced, but the residue is still there. Not active performance. Not a full purpleblood glamour. Not a ringmaster's lure. More like pressure left in a room after the music stopped. The organ carries that same pressure. It does not charm. It does not sparkle. It does not call attention to itself.꧂ ꧁It waits. It's almost predatory...꧂ ꧁Dense. Old. Almost ritual. The shaft is not excessively long, but the girth gives it authority, especially when paired with the way his body seems unwilling to waste motion. I do not recommend it for the playful, or the romantic. Strictly business.꧂

[CASE: #000002] A patient presented with localized pain in their right elbow. No discoloration, no visible swelling, no history of trauma. They reported that the discomfort began approximately three nights ago and has progressively worsened. They are otherwise in excellent health, which was both encouraging and profoundly unhelpful. The resident assigned to their examination suggested lateral epicondylitis. Tennis elbow, for those of you whose medical education begins and ends with the terminology of recreational sports. An entirely reasonable hypothesis. The patient had recently taken up racquet sports, and the pain is exacerbated by repetitive extension of the wrist. Naturally, I rejected it. There is a relatively obscure condition known as periarticular myonecrotic metaplasia, a progressive disorder in which the soft tissues surrounding a joint begin producing malformed muscular structures. These structures develop independent contractile responses, eventually creating the sensation of an additional limb attempting to articulate from within the existing one. In advanced cases, affected individuals report involuntary movement beneath the skin, accompanied by an audible clicking as the newly formed tissue attempts to establish its own attachment points along the bone. The condition has scant few cases. Three required extensive reconstructive intervention. The fourth reportedly developed a functional secondary elbow before succumbing to unrelated complications. When I informed the patient that we should investigate this possibility. They expressed some reluctance, particularly when I explained that a definitive diagnosis may require direct examination of the affected musculature. My resident objected. They suggested rest, anti-inflammatory medication, and a temporary reduction in physical activity. I reminded them that the purpose of a differential diagnosis is to investigate possibilities beyond the most immediately convenient explanation. // Correction. I remind them that anyone capable of prescribing rest has no business occupying a position in a diagnostic department. After considerable discussion, the patient agreed to further examination. Imaging revealed no abnormalities whatsoever. I interpreted this as evidence that the disease has not yet progressed sufficiently to become radiographically apparent. The resident interpreted it as evidence the patient has tennis elbow. We agreed to disagree. The patient is scheduled for an additional examination in three nights. In the meantime, I prescribed a rigid joint immobilizer and instructed them to report any unusual sensations, particularly the impression of movement beneath the skin. Just this evening, however, they contacted my office to report an intermittent crawling sensation around the elbow. Excellent for me. My resident pointed out that the immobilizer may be irritating a superficial nerve. I made a note to investigate whether professional pessimism is contagious. #medchittr #medicalhorror #bodyhorror #clinicalhorror #medicalmalpractice #medicalabuse #unnecessarymedicalprocedures #invasivemedicalprocedures #misdiagnosis #unethicalexperimentation #patientdistress #jointabnormalities #muscledeformation #anatomicalhorror #fictionaldiseases #unreliablemedicalinformation
