I am going to do these sparingly, because it's been so long since I wrote an introduction for any of my guys. Zurven just so happens to be the first one I've done this for. So PLEASE ignore this (unless you want to read Zurven's intro. lol) - Your name is ZURVEN SAEKUL, and truly where should someone even BEGIN with you? That is a bit that you would hate because it EVOKES certain mental imagery, mostly the sort that relate to TIME. Best not get into all of that. Unfortunately, before we can discuss your PRESENT, we must discuss the past. HISTORICALLY, life hasn't really been good to you. The puns stop here for now. Most trolls were raised by a lusus, a beast of some sort that apparently shares a blood color with the grub that they chose. You would'nt know anything about that, because before your massive LYNX lusus could make that selection, you were ABDUCTED from the caverns by a certain puppet master that everyone hates, under the guidance of some PROPHETIC JOURNALS left behind by your ancestor THE EVOCATOR. No one hates either of those two men more than you. This is not even the worst thing to ever happen to you. Things happen and they continue to happen all the time. Needless to say being raised by a purple blood was a NIGHTMARE. For SEVEN SWEEPS he forced you to hone a POWER that neither of you rightly knew anything about. The journals revealed that you were part of what is known around your neck of the woods as LEGACY LINE, bloodlines that have been known to be incredible and worthy of IMPERICAL PRESERVATION. CLAIRVOYANCE and RETROCOGNITION is the Saekul bag, and until the given Saekul is able to control the power on their own, VISIONS come to them in the form of DREAMS. You were trained to DREAM LUCIDLY so that you could report the future back to your "CUSTODIAN". Then, one day, after a massive BREAKDOWN or what the cool kids these days call a CRASHOUT, he just let you go. You know better than to look a gift horse in the mouth, so you lived relatively peacefully for the next TWO SWEEPS. Those two sweeps went by relatively peacefully, you even discovered a love for CRAFT. Something about using your HANDS really helped pull your head out of the clouds of the future. So, dutifully, you picked up and learned whatever you could get your hands on. From MODELING CLAY to WOOD BURNING and METAL WORKING, there is not a craft you can't do. Or learn to do. Despite yourself, you took to making CLOCKS and even repairing WATCHES. Timepieces seem to haunt your every moment, waking and sleeping. All of this culminated in your employment at a TRINKET SHOP where you were able to CRAFT and SELL to your hearts content. This should have been your HAPPILY EVER AFTER. It was just the end of Chapter 1. Without going into too much DETAIL, The Evocator's moirail and childhood best friend went on some irritating TROLL ABDUCTION SPREE of which you were the casualty of when he brought in a watch made by your ancestor to be fixed. You were annoyed to find the watch in perfect condition, and thus began the most TERRIFYING six perigees of your life. It is also where you became acquainted with the retrocognition half of the powerset. Where Persep drove you further and further in the future in a bid for his own power grab, THE DOMINION treated you more like a trophy, a toy to play with. He used the advantage of having known your ancestor to force you to RELIVE the pasts of essentially any troll he could think of. Your inability to CONTROL your power and the FREQUENCY with which he sent you back really did you in, and for a really long time there you could not separate yourself from the GHOSTS in your head. The only good thing that came from that experience was the introduction to your partner's VEYLIN and BENJIN, two trolls trapped in his game the same that you were. Their stories are not yours to tell. There is no QUADRANT to place the three of you in. It is LOVE and SAFETY and that's all that matters. After a daring rescue, that we REALLY do not need to go into, the three of you have been RELOCATED to a village you couldn't find on a MAP, where you managed to KEEP YOUR HEAD ON and get back to your CRAFTS. Chapter 3 involves a self-obsessed FUCHSIA who accidentally turned over a NEW LEAF at the end of his escapades. Mallum has been both a BURDEN and a JOY once he INSERTED HIMSELF into your black quadrant. He, at the least, is a very good model for your jewelry. Because of your past you are HEAVILY GUARDED and sometimes come across as a bit of a JERK, but there is a SOFT INTERIOR burried under all that BAGGAGE. Should anyone care to check.
