it's like watching a train wreck. or, rather, a recording of a train wreck. a wreck of which i've only ever seen the aftermath. in a sense, yoU coUld argUe my brother, too, was a victim of lord english. denied the choice to do anything with his life bUt become him. caUght in the whirlpool of entropy, a single path which can have no other oUtcome bUt the conditions which birthed it. i doUbt he woUld have chosen to be a "good person," withoUt the lord's inflUence. bUt perhaps he coUld have *been* a person.

you know, you're probably not wrong about the victim thing, people who do bad things probably have been victims of systems they have no control over. but choice matters too. i feel like you can only go so far with forgiveness if the person doesn't intend to make up for their deeds. it is definitely a shame that it sounds like your brother never got the chance to choose, though.

i managed to get dirk oUt of the hoUse for a photoshoot!!! poor bloke's been a bit reclUsive of late. when i designed his Updated god tier, he had two non-negotiable reqUests: "Keep the poofy asshole pantaloons," and "Don't let me look too much like that asshole." while certain design sensibilities are shared, sUch as the samUrai-inspired look and the popped collar, i think i've made it look distinct enoUgh! one of *my* non-negotiable featUres was keeping the green accents normally only present on the prince's shoes! accUrate aspect coloUr palettes are important to me. ~u~ oh, and the tiara. the hood shape is too iconic to do away with entirely, after all!
i really oUght to come to one of these fight nights. i'm meant to be a protector, damn it, i shoUld know how to tUssle!
