My pan is alight with complicated thoughts and feelings I have no way to properly rationalize, let alone put to words. I wish to be vague on details, but needless to say it is making my training more difficult, as I find it hard to focus on the punching bag ahead of me when every thought seems to want to drift to something else. This is unacceptable when I am attempting to master trying not to punch a hole through the bag, and I have gone through a total of four tonight already.
