A lot of humans also just have negative reactions to being submerged in sopor as it is when produced for trolls anyways, nor do we strictly need it as a species... So I doubt we'll ever see it adopted by a majority of humans in most timelines.

More of a universes girly less of a time girly. Adjacent? But yes. Muptiple timelines and universes in and adjacent to paradox have access to the site. Is it confusing? Yes. You get used to it over time.
