The thing Ult!Dirk doesn't want you to know (and may not understand fully himself!) is that the Ultimate Self, like any platonic ideal, is mutated the second it comes into contact with reality. Sure, he's a fuller picture than any of the individual Dirks he's assimilated, but he will never truly be Him.
