A gentle nudge towards the community! In order to afford greater clarity and understanding, a few alterations have been made to the verbiage of the required tags page (OOC and IC) on the website. The biggest change is the "CW" tag now spoilers your message in the same fashion as the #NSFW tag. This ensures that users can avoid exposure to bright flashing lights or materials that could be objectionable while scrolling. It also prevents the necessity of using the NSFW tag as a means of maintaining decency on otherwise SFW posts. As a reminder, there will inevitably be content featured by the community on the website that some may find objectionable, morally dubious, dark, or even patently a tea from a cupboard unlike anything resembling one's own. My affinity for the Great Old Ones is tragically known to be other than universal, and for that, I tag my content responsibly. It will be the expectation leveled loftily with all shoulders that each individual chooses to block, ignore, or ic block any accounts that post content that may be found especially troublesome, triggering, or disheartening. If you are exposed to material that is not properly tagged, or violates a specific site rule, such harassment, impersonation of another individual, or an underaged character - fictional or otherwise - please submit a ticket to the moderation team, and we will be happy to assist at the earliest convenience. In addition, we have also pushed a much-requested feature update. Color wheels now work in direct messages as well. Clicking multiple badges lets you arrange them in order of selection. Highlighting nonbinary, neopronouns, #TeamPlay means all badges display in that configuration. Such technology. One guy got badged for writing a few pick-up manuals. It's that easy. The "reach out" element is not negotiable. Bitch about your sordid achievements to Junior or another moderator. Open a ticket. Engagement feeds the gaping hole in my chest where self-love would usually make home. Don't you care. Don't you want me. Anyway. Sometimes badge ideas are rejected. It's not personal; the team will explain why each time. You can request community badges too, for your little clubs or just a general badge for any sadsack to use. Like snails? Leaves? A specific hemocaste? A free-for-all badge can help you foster imaginary bonds with losers you'll never chitt. At the end of the day, we're all shitheads looking for connection. for convenience heres the down low on blocks there was a bug concerning the ooc block on this bomb ass website and ive been anointed undeserved unappointed king of explaining that shit lets kick it 🔥 ooc block now functions correctly as intended if you ooc block someone every single profile under their account is blocked this communicates you dont fuck with them basically their characters disappear from the dash you get no notifications from em and this block is account wide roleplayer specific not character specific this includes profiles you might not know about from friends please check your blocks to make sure you only have OOC blocked who you wanna ❤️🔥 ic block functions as it always had your character blocks another individual character their posts are blurred you have to manually click them shits to see them this can be seen as a kind of light block or soft block in the realm of make believe and play pretend 🕯️ lastly there is ignore which comes in two fun flavors ignores are usually character specific both ways meaning if you ignore someone you are only ignoring them on one profile specific to the profile you are ignoring not account wide think of this like hitting snooze you wont see their posts anymore they straight up do not appear they can interact with your posts but you will not be given notifications from someone you ignored keep that in mind if you snooze you lose ignore all is all of the above but it applies the ignore status condition which means the ignored profile will not show up when you have any of your own characters selected and they will not produce notifications for any of your characters how to tell if youre blocked the easiest way would be to check if you can react or rechitt a users posts you wont be able to leave a react to someone you got blocked you also wont be able to message someone if you have them blocked but bear in mind there are some privacy settings that restrict that too
