Late night reminder mostly to myself not to pick at scabs, though I am almost certain at least one other person needs to hear this.
But they feel so icky !
And if you pick at them they will take longer to heal meaning that spot will be a scab for longer, and it's more likely to scar.
But it's not my fault the scabs feel good to know on :(
